SPOILERS: I guess it’s not the same continuity of the reboots

I’ve watched the 4 reboot films in Rise, Dawn, War and Kingdom. So I decided now is as good a time as any to watch the original films.

Up until now, I thought they were going to work up to the original POTA, but now I’m seeing it’s not the same continuity. Caesar is a completely different character in the reboot than the originals. Both will be able to exist side by side, as they have different timelines. Pretty cool. The reboots can potentially live for many films.

Thanks. Generally, any movie that came out prior to 1944, doesn't need a spoiler alert. 80+ years old sounds about right

To be fair, the biggest spoiler is right there in the title.

It pretty much tells us that humans defeat the apes by the end of the film...

Or at least conquested them.

I guess Chuck conquested them in Beneath.

Dawn of the Planet Of The Apes might have been better for this one...
