Interesting mix, only watched a few minutes but mostly people I can't remember at all or faces I recognise but can't name. Followed by a few names, but I don't recognise the faces and a very few people I still recognise.
It's a brutal demonstration of how ephemeral TV is.

I'm working my way through it a little at a time. Many unfamiliar names, but a lot I do recognize (I was in my teens when it originally aired). I love character actors like Anthony Zerbe and Fritz Weaver. I also like seeing stars before they were stars, like Martin Sheen and Roy Scheider.

I watched it as a teenager as well - I even remember reading a few of the spin-off novelisations. It was a big series in its time.

There's a lot of faces unknown to me on there. I'd like to track down the Leslie Nielsen episodes and that one with Estelle Winwood. And a few other interesting guest appearances.

One thing I find amusing is that those billed as "Special Guest Star" aren't anyone I recognize more.

Cannon was unusual in that it had only one main cast member (William Conrad as Cannon).

Usually private investigators and detectives have a sidekick. He did all his own cooking as well.

I seem to recall he used his fatness to his advantage sometimes. A scene that comes to mind is him giving a belly thrust to an attacker. Which sent his attacker backwards for several feet.
