I know that in the movie and in the book Satan rapes Rosemary while she's semi-conscious, but vaginal penetration alone does not cause pregnancy

There exists the implication that Satan must have ejaculated inside of Rosemary. Satan is a supernatural creature, so he doesn't necessarily abide by the laws of nature, but if he could impregnate someone without semen, then he could just as well impregnate someone without having sex with them

Since he DID have sex with Rosemary, it's logical to assume that he also came inside her
