ok...so natalie's character is somehow 15, but she looks 25
ok...... said sarcastically. how on Earth did they expect movie goers to buy this reality? she doesn't look anywhere near 15 years old.
shareI am a huge Natalie Wood fan, and I like this movie, but you are right. She is so unbelievable as a 15 year old, and it is distracting to the movie. And the bows in her hair make her look older and not younger. Although I was never bothered by the thirty year olds playing teenagers in Grease. So maybe it's unfair to pick on this film. And Natalie did look pretty mature in "Rebel Without a Cause" and I think she was actually a teenager when she made that movie. The weird/unflattering costumes and hair styles in this movie also don't help to give her a youthful look.
