This movie is a major disappointment. The script is corny, the action is contrived, and Sophia Loren's "acting" is downright embarassing. Skip it and watch "Ben Hur" or "Gladiator" again.

shareand don't ever complain about sophia loren's acting. however, about this movie... oh my goodness, there is no getting away from... every scene is just so dragged out it's unwatchable, and how about the bare chested guys, how about putting sophia loren in a bikini instead, she looked hotter later in her career though, by the way, what a friggin breakout of orchestra at the death scene, but man is she a great actress or what, i remember when i was a kid i was just blown away by both her hotness and acting skills. anyway, i managed one hour and i just couldn't waste any more time on this... runs for three hours... the cast is amazing, it also has some amazing stunts with horses 🐎 🐎, beautiful paintings 🎨 as the movie starts, one guys beard looked a little off though... well... there were movies made like this in the 1960s, three, four hours long movies... this might be the most boring one. yikes. i could use a distraction.
