The four leading actors in this movie, Tod Andrews, Tina Carver, Linda Watkins, and John McNamara died at ages 57, 59, 68, and 62. Perhaps it was the radiation from that south Pacific island where they filmed "From Hell it Came".

I like this theory. But isn't it possible that the south Pacific Voodoo, that was also present where they filmed the movie, was responsible?

They don't shoot budget movies in the tropical Pacific. There is only one shot of a tropical beach, stock footage.
Besides, the Pacific Proving Grounds were still out-of-bounds!

Thanks for the info, but I wasn't really serious because it's obvious it wasn't filmed on location.
