Scarlett certainly had a lot of hate piled on her for simply driving herself around. To say that she deserved to be attacked and accuse her of murdering her husband, all because she drove herself around.

Even she began to believe she killed Frank.

Please. She was a white WOMAN who chose to drive unaccompanied through a notorious, scummy shantytown full of criminals & lowlifes. She was asking for trouble & she got it.

I would say Scarlet and Frank had equal share in Frank's death.

Her for her reckless unaccompanied trip through the shantytown (as Rorey above pointed out) and Frank for his hot-headed and ill-conceived plan to clean out the shantytown in revenge.
