What do you mean by re-instated? There is no legal means of re-instating a person to the presidency once they are no longer in office.
In the very unlikely event that trump is re-elected, how can a president put someone on trial? The president does not have that authority even though Trump thinks (or so he says) he can do anything he wants.
What war crimes did Pence commit? When did he commit public indecency? Are you certain you know what those terms mean?
