Without googling anything I recall years ago this was rumoured then maybe a coupe of years back Costner was adamant Diana wouldve played the female lead in BG2 and it was due to go ahead but then the car crash happened..
Had the crash not happened would there have been a BG2 with Diana in cinemas before the millennia ended? I just can't see it
I never heard that one before, can you imagine the tabloid outrage if there was a kissing scene between Costner and the Princess?

And I'm sure he would have stayed serious right up until he put her in front of a camera and tried to get her to act, and trying to tell her what to do when she couldn't. You think she was going to let some actor or director tell her what to do?
