Opens Oscars Saying 'The Kind of Men We Need in This Town' Don't Have Penises

Were the rest of the jokes this bad or even worse? No wonder viewers dropped 20% from last year.

Kimmel presented Oscar as the perfect man. "Oscar is still number one. No question about it," he said. "Oscar is the most beloved and respected man in Hollywood. And there's a very good reason why. Just look at him. Keeps his hands where you can see them. Never said a rude word. And most importantly, no penis at all."

"He is literally a statue of limitations!"

That one twist of phrase might have been funny, but Kimmel went on to deliver this horrific line: "That's the kind of men we need in this town."

Does Kimmel really think Hollywood needs men without penises? This didn't even appear to be a transgender joke, although that wouldn't have made it any better.

Hope they all cut off their penises so they can stop reproducing soy boys.

I just had a thought... with all the diversity, it just means less liberal whites getting rewards for anything they do. Isn't that great? DIVERSIFY AWAY!! Then white liberals will be the minority and will be crying later on down the road.

That's pretty funny!

His last line wasn't horrific, it's just not funny. No matter what he was going for, and what he was going for is very unclear, it's only a joke that missed its mark and fell flat.
