Such a great actor.

As much as love him in Mad Men and other dramatic roles I much prefer his comedy. He is so damn funny.

He is good but I think he's better in comedy than in drama. 10 years as Don Draper has made Draper surface in some of his dramatic roles.

He's not funny, just handsome confident. Same deal as Timberlake, all his comedic roles involve him playing overly strident or dorky people.

Everything he touches is gold.

I loved Mad Men and I want to like Jon Hamm, but I'm not sure he wants to have a career as a comic actor.
I don't know all his work, and his short bit on 30 Rock was indeed hilarious, maybe due to having such great material and people to work with, but in The Town (serious role), man, he was not convincing. He delivered the lines, seemed to do everything right, but he just didn't seem to connect with the character. The rest of the cast seemed to fit the movie, but JH just didn't come across well, imho.
And I heard a clip of him in his new movie, and he sounded the same. I hope I'm wrong.

He was awesome in Black Mirror and in Baby Driver.

And he has some good movies coming up this and next year.

I love his comedy, but it's his humanity that I prefer. He just does roles justice in that way.

Nonentity. FUNNY? Not in the least. Funny requires SMARTS. Hamm is a log. A flabby log. Dreadfully miscast in Mad Men. All the macho sex appeal of a dry fart.
