No. He is too old and time travel is impossible. Therefore he never was a good option.

I was never a fan! However did do do good work.

He always came across as way too sleazy and kind of perverted. He was perfect in Pulp Fiction, but I don't think I've ever seen him in a non-sleazy role.

The appeal of Two-Face is that Harvey Dent is extremely likable, charismatic, efficient, and head-strong, but has a real vile mean-streak. You need someone who you can sympathise with but also someone you can both root for and hate as Two-Face. That's what made Aaron Eckhart a good pick for Harvey Dent, because he was easily likable in that role, but also could pull off the Two-Face bit believably enough.
