We are seeing in these years how,without them writing the overall story of the MCU,current MCU now sucks! Whedon and Gunn mapped out the story from the first Avengers movie (actually,from the first Thor and Captain America movies) until Endgame. Now,they are gone,and MCU has a terrible plot..actually,it doesnt even have one!

So you're saying that without creatives like Whedon and Gunn, he's nothing? That he's just a stupid Hollywood producer that took all the credit for the Marvel movies' successes? That explains a lot.
The fact that he let that fatass Jessica Cow bully him into doing whatever she wanted on "She-Hulk" tells you how weak a man he is. I'd just as soon see him gone from Marvel Studios, considering he did little more than organize the films, and any trained monkey can do that.
