It appears the contract Dushku signed for Bull effectively silenced her when she left the show. I assume the House Judiciary are able to override that (I wonder how much unreported legal action there's already been to fight that override?) and she can now tell her side of the story. https://twitter.com/HouseJudiciary/status/1460645844449955840
I'm guessing there will be some folks who will claim she made it all up but all CBS has to do to prove this is release the footage - I'm guessing that won't be happening.

Weatherly is known for being an asshole before to Jessica Alba, I am actually surprised people think Dushku made it up.
