Seriously, this was one his campaign promises, He would cure cancer in 2021 IF HE WINS,
but if he lost, he'd just take his ball and go home - screw those cancer victims.

Since Al Gore invented the Internet and proved that the north polar ice cap would be gone by 2013, there's not much left for old Joe to accomplish.
