According to IMDb. So, maybe 6'2" in those heeled boots? And with that build she was the perfect Amazon!

Celebheights have her as 5ft9 currently with 5ft9.5 at her prime which seems more accurate. The site is normally pretty close to reality, a lot of celebs are marketed as being taller than they actually are, some more egregiously than others. Carter is around the same height as Gal Gadot who is around 5ft9-5ft9.5 herself.

I don't know how big 'WW boots' are but they would need to add 3 and a half inches or so for these ladies to be 6ft1 in them, which is plausible I guess.
