A shame

Nick Stahl was (is?) a promising actor. He was very good in In the Bedroom and Bully, both released in 2001 (I have also heard that he is good in The Sleep Time Gal, from the same year, which I haven't seen). Carnivale was a good show and a fine showcase for him, too... but, as so many young actors have in the past, he went off the rails, rehab and arrests. He was one of the lucky ones who survived and seems to have put the difficulties behind him, but I do wonder if we will ever see him in a prominent role again.
