Not to honor him or anything, but simply because his picture reminds me i haven't had it in a while.

I did yesterday. I had all the ingredients ready when I heard the news. Thought I'd go with it in honour

My wife does one with spinach mixed in and a mozzarella center. Amazing.

That actually does sound good. I local IGA near me does an in-house pork loin with spinach and mozzarella inside. Never tried that with a meatloaf.

I had Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and corn for dinner last night.

The Meatloaf was great, the corn was good, the mashed potatoes kinda sucked.

Two Out of Three Ain't Bad.
