It was sad that his life was cut short, but before that period I always took him for a self-righteous gasbag, especially during his TV show about angels. In interviews he just came off as sanctimonious to me.

IRK, blast from the past. Forgot that show existed. Wasn’t his LHOTP Mr Edward’s co-star also on it? Not sure I ever saw a single episode but remember it being in the network lineup.

I'm 39 and I think he's handsome as heck. I love all 3 of his shows; Bonanza, Little House and Hwy. I haven't watched Highway to Heaven in years but own the entire series (bought it for my Grandmom for her birthday years ago). I'll have to take time to re-watch it.
