Why didn't she last on Criminal Minds?

I believe you that lakeside would be expensive. I found pictures in the internet of her Toluca Lake home that probably shows the boat dock but if any of the pictures do show the boat dock then I did not realize it.
I have been to the Smoke House a few blocks away but I was never aware of the lake. Apparently it is a protected community and that makes sense. I assume that home values are diminished outside of the protected community. The Smoke House is probably a place to go if you hope to see a celebrity (such as Richard Moll) but I am not the type to do that; I would at least allow them privacy.
The community is about a block away from Warner Brothers studios and is close to many other studios that many people would not be aware of. Most people know about Universal Studios of course. I think Toluca Lake is closer to more studios than Hollywood is. So Toluca Lake would be very practical for someone going to the studios in that area frequently.
