Kurt is a jerk, no wonder Dave dont talk about the prick.

Once they got famous Kurt got new contracts made then threatened to leave the band unless Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic signed. Before they split thing evenly, but afterwards their shares down from 30 to 12.5%.. But it was a retroactive contract on previously released albums, and they could only collect revenue from a total of 11 songs. Less than 4% of overall royalties from sales and Kurt got the rest.

I believe Dave and Krist still have/had equal voting shares for the company, not sure on current owner.

I can’t imagine Kurt allowing any of Dave’s future prolific writing and hit music to ever be recorded by Nirvana had Kurt survived. He was too controlling of the band’s sound

It would suck working with a ego filled junkie... and he brings along his sociopath junkie wife.

Well he wasn't in his best state mentally and he had bad influences around him when he made these decisions. And while I don't like this move and think it was heavily influenced by courtney he more or less was nirvana. He wrote the music, lyrics, did the artworks, storyboards for the videos, sang. So its kinda justified.
