That's funny.
Just like they did with Marty, many will undoubtedly write this off as old-man-yells-at-cloud. But I also think superhero movies are getting boring. The Marvel films were fun for a while but ultimately are very formulaic and that formula is wearing thin. Furthermore, the franchise is also being pushed into the realm of wokery. Fuck all that.
On the DC side, it's very hit or miss. I did like Aquaman. BvS isn't excellent, but the Ultimate Edition is pretty good. Wonder Woman wasn't bad, especially the first half of the film. Much of the rest has been shitty.
