FOUR KIDS AND A PASSION FOR THEATER...HE STILL POPS UP IN MOVIES AND SHOWS REGULARLY TOO.

I know right... was great in Top Gun, Gotcha! and Hawks and then I don't think I ever saw him again as I wasn't into medical dramas.

In fact, googling "anthony edwards" today just returns heaps of stuff about a basketballer.

I don't remember him being "everywhere". His long stint on "E.R." in the 90s kept his professional acting career high profile enough, but he's always been a supporting actor.
