For me, it's Charlotte Pingress from The Last Days of Disco.

Terrible movie, but I really enjoyed her as Lori Quaid in the 2012 Total Recall remake.
She takes on the role of main "henchman" tracking down Douglas Quaid.
Beckinsale's character is fierce and menacing and sexy.

Small part, but she was good in that.

I liked her in Vacancy too. She's actually a pretty good actress, but hasn't gotten a lot of great parts.

My favourite KB performance is in The Last Days of Disco - terrific work.
