I really wonder what his take on all this "cancellation" business would have been....

I get that there are some valid "cancellation" bits out there, but to me, one of the main criteria of such a thing really needs to be based upon intent and context and it really troubles me when I wonder about how comedians like Robin Williams and their thought processes would have been chilled by all this "cancellation" business. Hell, the US Supreme Ct used to always be concerned with the impact of "chilled" but current society has gone way overboard.

Can one imagine how these creative people are now modulating their content because of the possibility of being "canceled?"

Robin was very progressive. I doubt he would question anything from his camp. Those who do are odd ducks and not from the mainstream.

Robin was a Left Winger, he would have adjusted to the times as per his Woke masters. He might occassionally have a slip up but they would forgive him for it.
