For a while now, there have been rumors that he's either at death's door or deep in dementia, but of course you can't tell anything from a picture of a disheveled old man. All these tell us is that he isn't wasting away.

if he had dementia or alzhemiers i would assume he would be much thinner.

Dementias including Alzheimers can be incredibly slow-acting, a person may suffer 20-30 years of mental decline before the brain breaks down to a point where a person forgets to eat, or forgets how to eat.

So he may be disabled enough to be unable to function without full-time care, or he may be happily retired and enjoying a life of eating what he wants and not worrying about how he'll look on camera. We don't know a thing.

He's led one hell of a wild, long, famous life. He probably does suffer from dementia or something similar but at least he's in his own home, doing what he wants to do - just being left alone.

He probably sleeps late, has some drinks, swims in his pool, watches TV and surfs the net. Just enjoying his solitude.

Can’t they just leave the guy alone. This is a travesty. He can’t even go out on his balcony on his compound way up on Mulholland. Jeez.

A sighting? In his own house? What did they do to get the pic, parachute in. A “rare public appearance when he was seen relaxing on his balcony in California.”
