I've heard this a few years ago. Some random people get phone calls with a voice reciting "The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep"
Then they go on a rampage. Maybe somebody called Anne...

It's from the 1977 Charles Bronson film "Telefon". Donald Pleasance is the creepy Russian agent who makes the calls to his sleeper cells just before they go beserk.
