shareWhere else am I going to go to get the babes to reject me?
shareI don't go to the gym but I swim. There is a public pool by my house that has adult swim 4 times a week. If I'm free on those days I try to catch a swim. I do laps for like 30 min. It's a great work out and good for your mental health.
shareOnce a while yeah, on occasion. [nm]
shareYes, I quit weed, tobacco, alcohol, and most importantly processed sugar. In the best shape of my life, pay about 25$ for a planet fitness black card
shareI have a home gym. I started to transition to it even before Covid. Once they required masks, I refused and never looked back. I wasnโt an anti masker, but as a power lifter I think itโs dangerous to restrict breathing during heavy squats and deadlifts.
My old gym was 10 dollars a month, but it didnโt survive Covid, and went out of business.
If you know how you want to train, and you have the space, I think setting up at home is a good long term investment.
