Yes.

It's legal in my country, so probably not many.

It's legal in my state. I'm sure there are a few folks from the neighboring state in jail for weed.

The dispensary parking lot is full of out of state cars every weekend and they spend a ton I'm told. A friend of mine is a budtender.
