🎥MovieChat MovieClub Event: Friday/Saturday Features #36 🍿 (Saturday Order Edited!)

This week was Ali’s birthday so as a gift I took hers and her father’s picks for Saturday. Plus I learned that Big K and I share birthdays!

This Movie Party will allow two things to happen:
 -people will be able to watch the same movie at the same time and interact here
-people will be able to have common movies to watch over the weekend and share reviews on my other weekly thread.   

Event #1 - Friday night, Feb. 9nd. 9PM Eastern time (if you want to watch live) and event closes Sunday at 9PM (if you haven’t been able to watch live and want to share reviews.)

Tonight I’m joining Ali and Vince, and got myself a blue monster. I’ve had a pretty rough week at work and a big Friday too. I passed out around 6:30PM. Woke up at 8:30 feeling still tired. Hence the blue Monster.

(as I write that the bedroom floor of these guys getting filled with blue monster ha!)

I used to work at a crisis center and we would get people freaking out that aliens/monsters were inside their bodies and trying to escape. I mean they were absolutely horrified and genuinely believed it was real.

I think this movie is what they imagined was going on in their heads.

Drug induced psychosis/schizophrenia

This looks so much like what the people that did drugs and had a schizophrenic episode would act like, and describe what they were going through. It's surreal.
