I need the Mods Help!

Its me, ShogunofYonkers, I'm unable to post on my Shogun account so I'm using a different device and started a new account. This issue started about three days ago, I can't figure out what went wrong. Can Mod 4 or 5 help me?

This is my favorite site, I hate being able to access my account but not able to post replies.

Help a guy out.

Maybe restore your windows to date before it's all started?
If you have something important about job or study save it in USB.

I think something is still wrong even with this account. Even though you've been posting it's still remaining at 28?

Can't 1 of the mods turn off that 10 minute wait time since they know you're not a new poster?
