Shame about the first minute where not much goes on, so I have to deduct it some points for that. The rest of the song is an 8/10

I like Iron Maiden in part for the strident vocals. The vocals here are a bit murky. As you said the intro is too long. It's not their best song. 5/10.

While that is my least favorite album of the classic 80s Maiden (no Bruce), it is my favorite song off that album, so 6/10.

I don't hate it, I just can't rank it above # of the Beast, Piece of Mind, Seventh Son, Somewhere in Time, or Powerslave.

I like how it kind of sneaks up on you. One of those songs that starts all melodic and then starts rocking.
7/10
