we need a few more mods.
at least ones who can zap the obvious trolls.
shareJim sure got lucky gaining a few decent neutral mods in the early days of this site, but before adding more mods which I doubt can happen without Jim anyway, I think there should be at least two Chief Mods given admin duties who are responsible for the actions of other mods here.
If a new moderator is seen using his/her actions brashly or in a biased manner, the chief mods should have the power to disable that moderators power, new mods should also be under review after their first month or two here in their new role.
If they are inactive, biased or just plain not up to the job they should go.
