What service plan do you have? How long have you had it? Why do you have it?
Is it contract or prepaid?
I don't have a cell phone right now, but I should lol. I wish i did.
I have an iPhone XR. I'm with Bell Canada and have unlimited Canada wide calling and texting with 5 GB of data, plus call display, voicemail and call waiting. It is a contract. I upgraded to this plan when I got this phone in November of 2019.

I like to jump back n forth from the galaxy note and s series. Have note 10 now but s20 just as good maybe better.

Not a cheap phone but I was told that it's features rival the flagship phones of Apple and Samsung in terms of specs, but basically half the price.
So far I'm happy with it. Fast internet. Camera is decent. Lots of storage.
