Posts you made in Moviechat have a number in parenthesis after your username. No number means it was imported from IMDb board.

Thanks but I thought imports had numbers too! If not they should as it would be easier to back log. How would I know when someone responds to my post 3 years ago?

You can't. MovieChat is unsupported by IMDb, so it's impossible to reconnect those posts to the posters.

Even through user names?

Its not impossible Im sure another site does it.

How can they know a guy with the same username is actually the same person? I, or anybody else, could have registered in MovieChat using "bigbadwolf666" before you and claimed all your old IMDb posts. That would be chaos.
