Yes indeed. The first MLB World Series Championship for Washington DC (my least favorite city, but that's a story for another time) since 1924, and the only series where the road team won every game.

Just like when the Cleveland Brown won the Superbowl, but had previously transmogrified into the Baltimore Ravens.
I love to tease Browns fans about that!

Very weird series. Washington Nationals did it, though. Congrats to them.

And the Brewers were so close to beating them! Wonder what might have been.
