Growing up in the 80s? Season 1 was good. Season 2 Z-Z-Z-z-z-z. Season 3 Haven't had time to watch, but will give it a chance. I think its fans have a point in that you have to watch the show.
shareA show’s quality should be discernible without having to watch several episodes and getting hooked on it simply because you have become invested and have to know what happens next. You can get hooked on any show. That doesn’t make it good.
shareWhat makes a show good to you? Just because it is good quality does not mean that I'll continue to watch; it's story may not appeal to me or I may not want to watch its genre. Or I may not want to watch a show with kids as the main characters, has kid's topics, or already involved in another sci-fi, fantasy, or horror show.
The show has quality you can see. It's garnered awards and gotten critical acclaim.Whether you want to continue watching is another matter. I'll give it more of a chance since it's about the 80s. To you, it may be too much hype and people talking about it. You don't see what they see or get from the show. That's fine.
