Can someone help me remember in which movie a character says this line: "Long time no see"

I doubt it. Maybe it was a recurring line or a key character’s catchphrase in the movie Dudimoto is thinking about?

I don't think they're looking for a specific movie. It sounds like they need a soundbite from a movie in which it was said.
