‘The Simpsons’ prepare to take down ‘Gunsmoke’s’ episode record tonight

Anyone still watch this ?? I gave up 15 years ago. I loved Gunsmoke by the way. Long live Marshall Dillon.

I stopped watching the Simpsons 10 years ago and now I hear they are ashamed of themselves for the Apu character. Time to end the show.

Quality and quantity rarely go hand in hand. "Fawlty Towers" has only 12 episodes and yet its arguably superior to either show.

Me too. I don't need 600 episodes of "Fawlty Towers" when I can cherish the twelve nearly-perfect episodes in existence for the rest of my days.

I haven't watched it regulary for 20 years. In my view they should have ended it in 2000. I find it has long been a shallow parody of what it once was, with some writers even retconing past favourite episodes for cheap amusement eg. "That 90's Episode" or whatever it was called.
