Never cared one way or another about Charles Boyer, just watched a movie "Gas light" on TCM being such a good actor, I decided to look him up on IMDb, a great man, a great husband, so sad when his only wife died of cancer, he loved her so much that 2 days later he took his own life. a very sad story. I now have a new admiration for Charles Boyer.

"Had one son: Michael Charles Boyer (born December 9, 1943); committed suicide September 21, 1965. He apparently played Russian roulette with a .38-caliber revolver after quarreling with a girlfriend."

Gaslight was a great movie, Angela Lansbury got a nomination for best supporting actress for it.

Didn't know much about Charles though, apart from his movies. Sounds sad.
