Why?

Men wearing dresses and interacting with children can't be trusted. They deserve nothing but mockery, and being slapped around might make him rethink his life. That guy belongs in a mental institution at the very least, all trans people do.

No jail time, but the student should receive mandatory counselling, suspension from school, and have to do community service.

Not nearly good enough. Bring the hammer down on the thug. And I want his juvie records released too. I want to know what kind of animals they are forcing our children to be in danger from.

BUT, also, yes, the teacher is clearly mentally ill. He is clearly a danger to himself, at least.
