Multiple global news outlets would have many journalists and their support teams. This war is a major story.
Fighting and dying for liberation and against oppression, especially religious persecution, create martyrdom.
I recently watched a documentary about why terrorists blow themselves up. It mentioned the Shia religious history in which people were killed centuries ago fighting a religious war and are honored each year. During the Iran/Iraq war an Iranian teen wore explosives killing many Iraqi soldiers turning him into a hero aka: martyr. He was the first one. Others looked up to his courage and wanted to be like him. They and their families are respected. People copied him including Palestinians.

That's because it is. Israel lost this war. They're going to attempt to brainwash Palestinian children into accepting their oppression by controlling the schools. That's not going to work.

Israel hasn't "lost" this war. The war isn't over and the IDF is still fighting and killing Hamas. Israel isn't trying to "brainwash" Palestinians. Israel doesn't have any delusions about the fact that the Palestinians hate it. Israel is simply destroying Hamas in Gaza.
