Would an idea such as a Unity party ever have a chance?

I know there was discussion of a Gabbard/Crenshaw in 2020 that obviously never came to fruition, but would a unity party ever work?

If it was possible for 2024, who would some viable candidates that at least show a willingness to be bipartisan be?

reply

Who would you like to unify? And around what policies?

Its a tough challenge as the Democrat party leadership and their lemmings hate the country and are doing everything in their power to destroy it.

Most Republicans in DC just want to maintain their individual wealth and power. Republican voters want national security, a strong economy, equal opportunity for all, legitimate elections, and a strong regulated immigration system. Democrats hate all of those things as they stand in the way of their acquisition of power and their desire to destroy the country.

So who are you going to unify? Term limits might be a good start. But the lemmings on the left can’t think for themselves so they’ll never be in support of that until their democrat media spoonfeeds the idea to them. And that’s not going to happen because the Democrat leadership and thus the media don’t want it.

Well stated

Not likely. Democrats don’t trust the Republicans with power and the Republicans want to ensure the Democrats never wield power.
