It may be provable that Rudy knowingly lied about Dominion voting machines.
Rudy did not pursue claims against Dominion under oath in court. He instead only did it in public. If Rudy refrained from doing it in court to avoid perjury, then his public remarks are a clear case of defamation.
“The amount being asked for is, quite obviously, intended to frighten people of faint heart. It is another act of intimidation by the hate-filled left-wing to wipe out and censor the exercise of free speech, as well as the ability of lawyers to defend their clients vigorously. As such, we will investigate a countersuit against them for violating these Constitutional rights.”They only have that one note. And it's a flat one. share
