What are your favourite horror-comedy movies?

I recently watched Elvira, Mistress of the Dark and was pleasantly surprised by its light humour in its horror setting https://100001.onl/.

Although, my favourite horror-comedy is Shaun of the Dead due to Simon Pegg being a great comedy actor and a zombie outbreak in England being a brilliant setting.

I was thinking. Could you view The Wizard of Oz as a horror-comedy?

You have the witch trying to kill Dorothy and her flying monkeys. The scarecrow gets torn apart and burned.

And there's definitely comedy from her companions.

Off the top of my head, the first Fright Night, the Zombieland movies, the first Evil Dead movie, the original Night of the Demons trilogy, the Happy Death Day movies. I'm sure I'll think of more.

'What we do in the shadows' was pretty good.

Tusk.

For oldies, you could look for 'Carry on Screaming' and Dance of the vampires.
