Other possibility is Flatfoot in Hong Kong (original title: Piedone a Hong Kong and also known as Flatfoot Goes East and Le Cogneur) is a 1975 crime comedy film directed by Steno and starring Bud Spencer. It is the second film of the "Flatfoot" film series.

OK. So summary :-) so the middle aged woman who led the bad guys was also Asian? And I assume by "Asian" you mean "East Asian", that is from China, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, that part of the world, not Southern Asian or West Asian.
I will add that if this movie was really made in the 1950s-1960s it would be very unusual for an American movie to have so many East Asian characters. That should make it easier to find--unless in reality it WASN'T made in that period. (An exception would be movies about World War II or about the Korean War, but that doesn't seem to be what is being described here)
If there was a "big comedic fight" at the end, that suggests this was a comedy, yes?
Perhaps in fact it took place in an East Asian city, like Tokyo or Hong Kong, and the good guys were Westerners who were visiting the city. And an East Asian city might look a little behind the times to a Western viewer.
For example, the comedy "Revenge of the Pink Panther", one of the films in the "Pink Panther" series, is about a detective (Inspector Clouseau), and Western gangsters, and they all end up in Hong Kong at the end. There is a funny chase, but I don't think there is a funny fight scene at the end. (Although earlier in the film, Clouseau fights both his valet Cato (who is Chinese) and also a mysterious assassin named Mr. Chong)

My friend says that it sounds more like movie with Jackie Chan and he thinks about a scene where one person is thrown or falls off a balcony (or other place) and another person picks up the bed and tosses it so that the person who falls hits it, but we don't know a title of this movie. Perhaps it's something from 70's.
I searched different lists, but I didn't find nothing. Do you remember martial arts? It could be comedy & action movie or only crime & action ?

Yes. My friend found other, similar movie (there is man with a hook in place of hand too): "Child in the Night" (1990). It could be "Candyman" (1992) or this second movie.
And this "Candyman" (1992) - is it possible? Do you remember more details?

Maybe "Around the World in 80 Days" from 1956. In the film, there is a scene where th.e characters encounter a group of martial arts fighters in a Chinese village. While it may not fit all your description details, it does feature a comedic fight scene with white protagonists against Asian characters led by a woman.

OK. it's my mistake. My familiar replied that it could be "Avenging Force" (1986)
"I remember seeing a review of this and it had a scene very similar to what you describe. The scene from the review should be time stamped but if not, it happens at around 24:40"
