it was a company party! they order it for everyone.
not to mention how hard it would be to keep that fire burning... imagine carrying woods on top of the mounatin, every day, every night... and we only see one ship going by...

ofcourse he knew. they were having a beef over bomb in car, c left the scene in same direction as other guys. so, probably sonny think things over, heard those guys plans, and went after him to safe him. they saw a stolen car, when they arrived.
He leave those guys to go on their way, and let things be although he knew there was gone be troubles and he could of stop them. but they were troubles for the neighburhood. he was correct when he said that half of them will die.
so, what about the matches? he burned the letter, but kept those matches...
i belive that hug means they will remain family. with lola.

what if the dog, they heard, was the dog of that family? Family said they were tracking them for a long time....
