She wears her makeup very well, I guess.
She gave a nice little performance in this, much better than the one in <i>Black Swan</i>. I remember watching that movie, the scene near the end where she's dragging Mila Kunis by the ankles, and thinking how it reminded me of when Bugs Bunny would get the upper hand on Elmer Fudd and drag his unconscious body away.

It's been many years since I saw this, but I recall Belfort being nervous and unsure about Naomi's intentions after he went home with her. Showcasing herself in the buff was her way of sealing the deal.

Fifteen years ago...the phenomenon...began.
It's well directed.
I suppose many factors go into whether a movie is "good" or not.
There's a lot of punching and kicking, if you're into that stuff. And absolutely beautiful shots for the arthouse crowd.
Personally, I rate it 10/10.
