The problem with Prometheus for me is that I was in awe of the spectacle seeing it in IMAX so I forgave it’s shortcomings story wise until months later seeing it on TV where i did consider it a shitfest. I still was excited for Covenant as I thought questions would be answered so I never considered it totally ruined.
