I thought it was Brie Larson that wanted her to direct the movie.
I never really thought of The Marvels as a Captain Marvel 2 movie. Although I do think the Marvels makes sense since they are tying the other two ladies into the movie. Perhaps Brie Larson will still get her own CM 2 movie after this.
Paul Rudd was too big of a star to appear in the new Halloween movies by that time.
At least Taylor doesn’t need him for his money.
Brie Larson is way more talented than Rachel is though.
That would have been a cool ending to the series. Although I can see why it ends the way it does in season 5.

I believe it was supposed to be. Other than Dom appearing in the end there is no Fast connection at all. In fact I do think Tokyo Drift is a good standalone movie. Although without the F&F name it probably wouldn’t do that well at all.
